Lease Agreement Terms and Conditions
Due to recent complaints, the Member renting the club is now responsible for
cleaning the rental prior to their event, to their expectations.
If you elect to rent the activity hall or pavilions you will be required to submit a completed copy of the Lease Agreement Terms and Conditions for approval. A link to the Lease Agreement Terms and Conditions will be emailed to you upon booking the activity hall or pavilions or you can download a copy.
Deposit
Deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve date. Deposit will be returned if no damage has occurred and the premises are cleaned. All cancellations must be made 60 days in advance or Lessee will forfeit deposit.
Rental Fee
Rental Fee is due 14 days prior to the function or Deposit will be forfeited.
Rules
- Floor swept and moped.
- Garbage taken out.
- Tables and chairs wiped down and put back.
- Decorations can be hung on ceiling tracks.
- No hot items put directly on tables.
- Kitchen counters wiped down and any dishes used must be washed and put back.
- Club will be cleaned and vacated by 1:00am.
- Lessee will be held responsible for any damages exceeding the deposit.
The Lessee of the Shelocta Sportsmen’s Club shall be responsible for all persons and the actions of all persons attending and exiting club property. The Shelocta Sportsmen’s Club is not responsible for persons exiting club property.
The club also has the right to police any rental function and evict any violators immediately.
